Basic Family History Research
A look back into a single surname, 1 to 3 generations (Parents, Grand and Great Grand), depending on your requirements, this can start from a different point This can include siblings of each generation or can look at a single Direct Ancestor research and report
This costs £25 per hour and for a minimum of 5 hours or can be booked as a package (subject to 10% deposit on date of commission) to include:
- Free initial consultation
- Detailed Narrative report, complete with source references, typically 25+ pages
- Transcriptions & copies of all certificates and other source information
- Pedigree Family Chart
Additional costs can include:
- Subject to availability birth, marriage and death certificates (BMD) cost £12.50 each and will chargeable separately
- Additional research can be carried out for £35 per hour, subject to requirements and minimum 10 hour blocks commissioned
- Additional surname research, excellent where the research is a couples research (E.G. Husband/Wife) – £200 per person plus cost of certificates per above
Standard Family History Research
A look back into a single surname 4 to 6 generations (Parents, Grand and Great Grand etc), depending on your requirements, this can start from a different point This can include siblings of each generation or can look at a single Direct Ancestor research and report.
This costs £25 per hour and for a minimum of 10 hours or can be booked as a package (subject to 10% deposit on date of commission), to include:
- Free initial consultation
- Detailed Narrative report, complete with source references, typically 35+ pages
- Transcriptions & copies of all certificates and other source information, 5 BMD certificates free of charge
- Pedigree Family Chart
Additional costs can include:
- Subject to availability birth, marriage and death certificates (BMD) cost £12.50 each and will chargeable separately
- Additional research can be carried out for £30 per hour, subject to requirements and minimum 10 hour blocks commissioned
- Additional surname research, excellent where the research is a couples research (E.G. Husband/Wife) – £200 per person plus cost of certificates per above
Standard Plus Family History Research
Our Plus service will take a single surname back and identify all the Direct ancestors for that surname, from a single point as determined by the client, it will determine, direct links by generation of Aunts, Uncles and Great Grand parents.
This costs £25 per hour and for a minimum of 15 hours or can be booked as a package (subject to 10% deposit on date of commission), to include:
- Free initial consultation
- Detailed Narrative report, complete with source references, typically 50+ pages
- Transcriptions & copies of all certificates and other source information, 10 BMD certificates free of charge
- Pedigree Family Chart
Additional costs can include:
- Subject to availability birth, marriage and death certificates (BMD) cost £12.50 each and will chargeable separately
- Additional research can be carried out for £27.50 per hour, subject to requirements and minimum 10 hour blocks commissioned
- Additional surname research, excellent where the research is a couples research (E.G. Husband/Wife) – £200 per person plus cost of certificates per above
Premium Service
Our premium service is a subscription only service that can be enabled once the packages are completed from above listing, that enables us to manage your online family history for as long as you and your family want it managed, It also includes the following:
- Monthly report into changes
- Access to international records
- Selection of 2 persons per month that you require a deeper analysis into including free BMD certificates (subject to availability).
Monthly direct debt cost £50 per month
Digitalization
Do you have a box full of family documents that you need collated and digitalized. Then we offer a full service of collating your family history and presenting this into a tree. This will include
- A Digital back-up of all documentation
- A presentation of the digital data in the form of a draft family tree
- A draft report on the tree with information of potential areas of further research
Can be purchased in 5 hour blocks at a cost of £30 per hour, it can also be included as part of a wider package per above (please discuss for discounts available)
